Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AgentsReadable collects when you use agentsreadable.com, why, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. The operator (data controller) is SH & SH Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand.
What we collect when you run a check
- The website address you enter, normalized to its domain.
- The result of the check: the status of each of the 31 checks, one line of evidence per check, the scores and the readiness level — or, when the site's firewall blocks our checker, the HTTP status and the signature of the block.
- The AI snapshot: the question we asked one AI engine, its answer with citations, and the facts we extracted from it.
- A keyed hash of your IP address, used only to apply fair-use limits. We do not store the address itself.
- The class of your browser or agent (browser, known AI agent, other) — never the full user-agent string.
We only read public pages and files of the site you check, the way an agent would. We never log in, submit forms or change anything, and we do not keep page content beyond the evidence lines you see in the result.
What we collect when you request an audit
- The fields of the request form: your name, work email, website, segment and an optional message.
- Your consent to be contacted about the request, with its timestamp.
- The link to the instant check you attached, if any.
- If an AI assistant sent the request on your behalf, a confirmation that you approved it from your email.
We use this information to reply to your request and to deliver the audit. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use the following providers to run the service. Each one receives only what its role requires.
- OpenAI — the AI engine behind the AI snapshot and the extraction of facts. It receives one question about the website being checked and public facts about that website — never your name, email or message.
- Resend — email delivery (region: United States). It receives the recipient address and the text of the confirmation and notification emails.
- Vercel — hosting of the site and the API (region: Singapore).
- Supabase — the managed database that stores checks, AI snapshots and audit requests (region: Singapore).
Because Vercel and Supabase run in Singapore and OpenAI and Resend in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the country you live in. We transfer only the data listed above and only for the purposes listed above.
Analytics
We count page views and product events (for example, a check started or a request sent) without cookies, without third-party scripts and without personal data.
Retention
- Check results and AI snapshots: 12 months, so you can return to your result link.
- Audit requests: 12 months after the request is handled, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Email delivery records: 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — you may ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- receive a copy of it in a machine-readable form (data portability);
- delete it;
- object to or restrict its processing;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority. Write to hello@agentsreadable.com and we will answer within 30 days.
