Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of agentsreadable.com, the free instant Agent Readiness Check and the services offered by AgentsReadable. The operator is SH & SH Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand.
The instant check
- The check is free, requires no account and reads only public pages and files of the website address you enter.
- You may only check websites you are entitled to check: your own, or websites whose owners you represent. Do not use the check to probe, overload or attack websites.
- Results are a point-in-time measurement produced by automated rules and one sample from one AI engine. They are informational and come without warranty of completeness or accuracy.
- Fair-use limits apply to the number of checks per hour and per day.
The agent API
- The public API at /api is offered as is, for the same purposes and under the same limits as the instant check.
- Audit requests sent through the API are confirmed by the person named in the request before we act on them.
Audits and other services
- Prices and scope of each service are published on the home page. Fixed-price services are delivered as described there; "from" prices are confirmed in writing after the audit, once the scope is known.
- An audit request is not a purchase. Work starts after we confirm the scope and the date with you by email.
- Deliverables are based on the public state of your website and the information you give us at the time of the work.
Intellectual property
- The scoring method, the check catalog and the texts of this site belong to SH & SH Co., Ltd.; you may quote results of your own check freely.
- Machine-readable surfaces of this site (/facts.json, /index.md, /openapi.json, /llms.txt) may be read by agents and software for the purpose of describing or using our services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SH & SH Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the instant check, the API or the information on this site. Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement are brought before the competent courts of Thailand.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the current version is shown on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
